This beautiful 7 bedroom home is located right on the corner of Second and Laurel–central to all of Lakeside’s amenities— shopping, restaurants, parks, waterfront activities, pool, tennis and pickleball courts…etc. This cottage is perfect for hosting large groups. The outside features newly updated furniture in the gorgeous screened-in front porch with plenty of seating and view of the lake, a large side yard, and a private back patio area with table and chairs for dining, a grill and a fire pit area with additional seating for roasting marshmallows or lounging. The first floor includes a family room that runs the width of the house, a dining area with an extending table to seat 12-14, a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities, a 2nd kitchen/bar area with a 2nd refrigerator, a laundry room with washer/dryer and a closet loaded with games and puzzles. There are two A/C window units on the first floor. The second floor houses six bedrooms all with their own sinks and overhead fans. Three bedrooms have king beds, one queen, and two doubles. The third floor houses five double beds and two twin beds, making it the perfect place for kids! In total, this house can sleep 18-24 people comfortably in beds. This rental includes two full baths, one on the second floor with a tub/shower combination, and one on the first floor with a walk-in shower. TV’s are available in the family room and a master bedroom, and WiFi is included. 2 off street parking spaces by the garage. Maximum occupancy is 18, but up to 24 for an additional charge. No pets allowed.
