Welcome to 142 Laurel, a charming two-story Lakeside cottage with beautiful views of Lake Erie and inviting porches perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the breeze. This home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with five upstairs bedrooms, including a unique screened sleeping porch.
The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, central air in all bedrooms except sleeping porch, ceiling fans throughout, and convenient amenities like a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, games, a gas grill, Keurig and drip coffeemakers. A fenced backyard and off-street parking for up to four cars add to the comfort.
Located just two blocks from parks, playgrounds, mini-golf, shuffleboard, and tennis courts, it’s an ideal spot for a family getaway.
